At our headquarters, Berg & Bett Säntis Lodge at Hauptstrasse 16 in 9657 Unterwasser.

Yes, there are movie screenings at 4.00 pm and 8.00 pm. The cinema is free of charge for Berg & Bett guests. Please ask at reception for the program.

All beds are already made up with bed linen. A hand towel and a shower towel are provided for each guest. Bath mats are also provided for you.

You will find a checklist for your departure in the vacation home. It describes, for example, that the dishwasher should be emptied and the beds stripped.

Check-in is possible from 4 pm. If you arrive after 5 pm, please contact us so that we can organize the key handover with you.

Check-out is possible until 10 a.m. - keys must be returned to the Säntis Lodge by 10 a.m.

Many of our vacation homes are located in the most beautiful places, some of which are remote, at the end of steep paths. As the roads at an altitude of 1000 m can be snow-covered in winter, we recommend good winter tires or a four-wheel drive vehicle.

We will send you a guest card in advance by email. Guests benefit from various discounts such as free use of public transport.

The kitchen is equipped with sufficient crockery (plates, glasses), cutlery, cooking utensils and pans. Our vacation homes are all equipped with a fridge and always have a raclette and fondue set. We recommend that you bring your own spices, oil and everything you need for cooking.

You will find a starter pack in your vacation home. The starter pack contains the following items: sponge, cleaning cloths, toilet paper, household paper, bin bags and dishwasher tabs .... and a small surprise.

We charge CHF 8.00 per pet per night. Please contact our team to clarify everything.

Pets are allowed in some of our vacation rentals. You can see the details when selecting the vacation homes.

Yes, all our vacation homes have a coffee machine. You will receive the exact details of your vacation home by e-mail approx. 2 weeks before your arrival.

Yes, a parking lot is available nearby or at the vacation property. You will receive further information by e-mail approx. 2 weeks before your arrival.

Yes, depending on availability, we will provide you with the items free of charge. Please contact our team.

Please let us know via e-mail(info@bergundbett.ch) how many additional people are arriving and how many nights they are staying.

Yes, the tourist tax is already included in the rental price. If additional persons arrive, an additional tax of CHF 3.00 (adults/day) and CHF 1.50 (10-15years/day) will be charged.

Yes, terry towels are included in the price of your booking. If you need more towels or bath mats, please contact us (info@bergundbett.ch). The additional cost of CHF 5.00 per item can be paid at check-in.

Bed linen is included in the price of your booking. If you need more linen, please contact us(info@bergundbett.ch). The additional cost of CHF 20.00 per set can be paid at check-in.
