Check-in is possible from 4 pm. If you arrive after 5 pm, please contact us so that we can organize the key handover with you.

Check-out is until 10 am. Please return the key to the Säntis Lodge by 10 am at the latest.

You can get the key for your apartment at the reception of the Berg & Bett Säntis Lodge at Hauptstrasse 16 in 9657 Unterwasser.

Yes, a parking space is available at or near the vacation home. You will receive further information by e-mail approximately two weeks before your arrival.

Many of our vacation homes are located in particularly beautiful places - sometimes somewhat remote or at the end of steep access roads. As the roads from around 1000 m above sea level can be snow-covered in winter, we recommend traveling with good winter tires, a four-wheel drive vehicle or snow chains.

You will receive your guest card in advance by e-mail. You will benefit from numerous discounts, such as free use of public transport.

You will find a checklist for your departure in the vacation home. Among other things, it states that the dishwasher should be emptied, the beds stripped and the garbage disposed of.

Please inform us by e-mail to info@bergundbett.ch how many additional people are arriving and for how long they are staying.

The kitchen is equipped with sufficient crockery, glasses, cutlery, cooking utensils and pans. All our vacation homes have a fridge as well as a raclette and fondue set. We recommend that you bring your own spices, oil and other cooking ingredients.

Yes, all our vacation homes are equipped with a coffee machine. You will receive the exact details of the model in your vacation home by e-mail approximately two weeks before your arrival.

Crib and high chair are available free of charge. If the baby crib is listed in the equipment, both are available on site. Please ask for availability by e-mail: info@bergundbett.ch.

Pets are allowed in some vacation properties. Details can be found in the property selection. There is a charge of CHF 10 per pet per night. Please contact us for further information at info@bergundbett.ch.

Yes, the tourist tax is already included in the rental price. For additional persons there is a tax of CHF 3 per adult and CHF 1.50 per child (10-15 years) per day.

All beds are freshly made for you on arrival. A hand towel and a shower towel are provided for each registered guest, as well as bath mats.
Bed linen and towels are included in the price of your booking. Should you require additional linen, please contact us at info@bergundbett.ch.
An additional set (bed linen and towels) costs CHF 20 and can be paid conveniently at check-in.

A starter pack is waiting for you in your vacation home.
It contains information material, toilet paper, garbage bags, sponges and cloths, dishwasher tablets - as well as a small surprise.
You will find a waste disposal fee card in the guest folder and you will receive your guest card by e-mail before your arrival.

Yes, you may use the cinema in the Säntis Lodge. The cinema is free of charge for Berg & Bett guests and there are two screenings a day: at 16:00 (children's movie) and at 20:00. You can view the current cinema program online at any time.

Yes, it is possible to reserve a table. Please send an e-mail to restaurant@bergundbett.ch.

Yes, you can reserve your table for the regional breakfast buffet. The cost is CHF 19 for adults and CHF 9.50 for children aged 4 to 15.
