Car

From southern Germany
Via Bregenz and St. Margrethen on the A13 to Haag and take the exit towards Toggenburg/Wildhaus.

From the greater Zurich area and central Switzerland
A3 at Reichenburg in the direction of Rapperswil and then take the Ricken Pass to Wattwil.

From eastern Switzerland
From St. Gallen to Herisau and on over the Wasserfluh to Lichtensteig.

Approach

Train

You are well connected in Toggenburg! Public transportation takes you everywhere. The Wil-Nesslau, St. Gallen-Wattwil and Rapperswil-Wattwil routes are served by train. From Nesslau there are excellent post bus connections to the upper Toggenburg. There is also a PostBus route from the Rhine Valley from Buchs SG to Wildhaus without changing trains.
