Where can I get the key for my group accommodation?

The keys are handed over directly at the group house. You will receive all information by e-mail one week before arrival.

May we use the movie theater in the Säntis Lodge?

YES, if you would like to use the cinema with your group, please contact us so that we can coordinate the group.

Is there take-away?

Yes, at the Säntis Lodge. With one day's notice, we deliver 10 or more pizzas to the group house free of charge.

How must the vacation home be left?

You will receive your group home clean and tidy. It is handed over "swept clean" with a clean kitchen and bathrooms. A cleaning fee is charged for the final cleaning at the time of booking.

What are the check-in and check-out times?

The check-in and check-out times will be included in your travel documents and vary depending on the group house.

Is a parking lot available?

You can find information on parking spaces directly in the house description.

How should I proceed?

You will receive a provisional invoice upon booking. The detailed invoice will be issued at check-out.

Is the tourist tax included in the price?
