Where can I get the key for my group accommodation?
Depending on the accommodation, you will receive this directly on site when handing over the house (contact will be given when booking) or at our head office, Berg & Bett Säntis Lodge at Hauptstrasse 16 in 9657 Unterwasser.
May we use the movie theater in the Säntis Lodge?
If you would like to use the cinema with your group, please contact us so that we can coordinate the group.
Is there take-away?
Yes, at the Säntis Lodge. Pizza take-away orders can be placed daily from 4 p.m. on +41 76 440 04 38.
How must the vacation home be left?
You will receive your group home clean and tidy. It is handed over "swept clean" with a clean kitchen and bathrooms. A cleaning fee is charged for the final cleaning at the time of booking.
What are the check-in and check-out times?
The check-in and check-out times will be included in your travel documents and vary depending on the group house.
Is a parking lot available?

You will receive a provisional invoice upon booking. The detailed invoice will be issued at check-out.
