The spacious lounges and kitchen are located on the first floor facing east. The western part of the first floor and the entire upper floor contain 17 two- to four-bed rooms and bunks as well as four bathrooms with toilets and showers. Further bathrooms, the laundry room and a storage room for skis etc. are located in the basement, which is accessible via a separate entrance.

The Jennyhaus is connected to public transport and can be reached by private vehicle. Access is also guaranteed during the ski season. The first floor is wheelchair accessible.
